Building a BotC Community – Clocktower Con Australia Panel

I have the privilege of being part of a panel at the upcoming Aussie Clocktower Con, all about creating and fostering a Clocktower community. I won’t spoil any of the details, you need to come to Con for those 😉 But here are the announcement details of all the panellists to whet your appetite.

Andrew “Beardy” – Beardy’s all for good times, great friends, and epic games. He loves his island home of Tasmania almost as much as he loves gaming. By day, he’s a software engineer, using logic to solve tech problems. By night? He channels that same ingenuity into battling demons and crafting strategies. Beardy’s been the spearhead in transforming the Hobart scene into the gaming highlight of the month.

Jamie “Jams” – Hi everyone, I’m Jams! For TPI, I’m responsible for storyteller training, corporate events & entertainment, and social media. I’m a born and bred New Yorker and currently live in sunny California, where I organize the Bay Area Clocktower community. When I’m not being a big nerd about games, you can probably find me on a mountain. Or singing. Or both at the same time.

Evin Donohoe – I’m Evin, and I’ve been running games of Blood on the Clocktower for nearly a decade now. In addition for working at The Pandemonium Institute and helping get BoTC made, I’ve been running a regular Clocktower group in Newcastle (A smaller city North of Sydney), NSW, for the past couple of years. I live in Sydney now but the group is awesome and has a life of its own, and I still go back once a month to join in on the fun.

Ben Dance – Hey all, I am Ben Dance one of the many Ben’s that reside in Melbourne who love Clocktower. I’ve lived in Melbourne my whole life and have always loved both board games and social deduction games of all sorts. When I learnt of Clocktower it wasn’t long before I had a grimoire in hand and was helping to teach others how to play so I could share my of Clocktower, with as many people possible.

These panellists all have excellent experience creating and fostering local groups of BoTC players. If you are looking to create your own group they all have some great tips for you!
